Fair Usage Policy (FUP)

To maintain network integrity for all Preyone subscribers, the following FUP is enforced:

  • Soft Caps: "Unlimited" plans (PreUltra & PreExecutive) are subject to soft data caps of 250GB and 500GB respectively. [cite: 17]
  • Throttling: Upon reaching your plan's priority data threshold:
    • Standard tiers (PreLite, PreLink) are moderated to 2 Mbps. [cite: 21]
    • PreUltra speeds are reduced to 2 Mbps.
    • PreExecutive speeds are reduced to 5 Mbps.
  • Off-Peak Optimization: Data consumed between 11:00 PM and 5:00 AM does not count against your primary quota. [cite: 24]
  • Device Binding: MAC address binding is strictly enforced to manage device limits and prevent unauthorized bandwidth sharing.

Acceptable Use

This high-priority satellite network is provided for lawful purposes only. High-bandwidth automated downloads (e.g., BitTorrent) are subject to throttling during core business hours (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM) to preserve capacity for business-critical operations. [cite: 25]

Monitoring & Security

Network traffic is managed directly via a residential central hub and monitored in real-time to ensure high-priority status and rapid response to connectivity demands. [cite: 28, 29] By connecting, you consent to network logging for security and compliance.

Payment & Vouchers

Vouchers are issued manually and automatically via Pesepay Zimbabwe upon verification of EcoCash, OneMoney, or InnBucks transactions. [cite: 34, 35]

Disclaimer

While we utilize Starlink Business Priority infrastructure and high-performance hardware to ensure superior reliability, this network is provided "as is." [cite: 38, 39] Preyone Enterprises is not liable for localized service interruptions beyond our control.
